When this elegant Roquebrune-Cap-Martin villa was built in the 1920s, the French Riviera was already a coveted destination for the world’s wealthy and artistic.

The Belle Epoque had fueled tastes for opulence and lavishness. Clear blue Mediterranean waters, hillside landscapes and the mild climate drew inspiration-seeking writers, artists and intellectuals. Roquebrune-Cap-Martin’s grand hotel was a summer holiday destination for the likes of Winston Churchill and Queen Victoria.

This villa along the French Riviera consists of the multistory main house and a quaint staff residence set on nearly an acre of landscaped and manicured grounds. Ornate detailed windows, a balcony-topped portico and decks give the private residence the aura of a sophisticated boutique hotel. With more than 6,100 square feet of living space, the property contains 12 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Read the full story on Forbes:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbes-global-properties/2023/09/13/belle-epoque-villa-along-the-french-riviera-revels-in-its-glamorous-past/

Subscribe to FORBES: https://www.youtube.com/user/Forbes?sub_confirmation=1

Fuel your success with Forbes. Milton & Hugo LLC features an incredible short video promotion for the book The Story of a Lavished Rose by Xavier Williams.

ABOUT THE BOOK:
May Rose City.

The only thing worth telling people about this city is the stories of legendary mercs, big corrupt corporations going under, political assassinations, and every now-and-now; small tales of average people doing amazing things. This is one of those stories; an average person with an average life with an extraordinary story to tell.

Elizabeth Williams, was orphaned at the age of 18 when disaster struck and she witnessed both her parents get crushed in an earthquake. Her life-understandably- went into a downward spiral: the alcohol started to flow not too long after the bills stacked to a point it blocked out the sun and she began to lose vitality. Until one day or was brought to her attention that her parents left her a theater, a car, a small house, and enough money to get her on her feet. Her life begins to go the right way but she still needs some direction.

I can tell you everything. I can tell you she makes a great friend that helps her find her way, I can tell you she finds a lover that rejuvenates her spirit, and I can tell you she escapes death more than a few times to live happily. I could tell you but wouldn't you rather watch it blossom?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Xavier Williams is a well-rounded multi-medium artist aspiring to create refreshing new and incredible worlds in the realm of comics fairly soon. Often secluded to home to focus on his interests like meditating, working on his mental health and indulging in tarot readings, when not working his day job as an In-home care provider. His hobbies include: painting, writing, late night gaming, and working out.

BUY THE BOOK AT: https://shorturl.at/zERV8

#miltonandhugo #miltonandhugollc #bookpromotion #bookteaser #booktrailer
A significant fire erupted at a deserted restaurant located at the terminus of the Oceanside Pier in North County San Diego on Thursday afternoon, as confirmed by the Oceanside Fire Department. The pier, an iconic structure stretching nearly 2,000 feet, has stood since its construction in 1888, serving as a central attraction in the coastal community of Southern California, just a stone's throw from Camp Pendleton. In a social media post on Thursday, the Oceanside Fire Department urged citizens to avoid the area surrounding the pier, emphasising their active engagement in combating the blaze.

#USNews #RestaurantFire #HistoricPier #SouthernCalifornia #CaliforniaFire #SanDiego #Watch #SouthCarolinaPier #FireIncident #Emergency

~HT.97~PR.152~ED.101~
